Alan Dobson is Of Counsel* to our firm and practices all types of immigration law, including: family (green cards), fiance visas, student visas, citizenship, employment (temporary visas and green cards), consular processing, asylum, and removal proceedings.  Attorney Dobson also does volunteer work with local government and non-profit organizations to assist metro D.C. area residents with their immigration matters.   He works with immigrants from all over the world.  Alan is an Of Counsel  with HAUSWIESNER LAW GROUP PLC and founding member of Alan Dobson & Associates, PLLC. and advises clients on immigration matters.

Alan Dobson graduated in 2003 from American University, Washington College of Law, and was awarded a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Law & Government. In 2002, he was  was awarded a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law. He also attended Georgia State University and in 1995 was awarded a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree.

Attorney Dobson is admitted to the bar of the District of Columbia and is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer's Association.
